Universal polyurethane foam for single-component gun with great application possibilities. To isolate, seal, glue and fill joints, joints, cracks, holes and cracks.
 
Application fields
 
For sealing and filling joints, joints, cracks, holes and cracks, for example for partitions, door and window frames, tiles, chimneys, skylights and pipe passages, pipes, cables and electrical conduits. Isolates from heat, cold, air currents, noise and humidity. Stable on many building materials such as wood, concrete, stone, masonry, plaster, metals, glass and many synthetic materials such as polystyrene foam (tempex), polyester, PVC and hardened polyurethane foam. Not suitable for applications on polyethylene sheet, silicone glue or PTFE.

Preparation
 
Conditions of use: Temperature of the cylinder and the environment between + 5 ° C and + 35 ° C (the ideal is + 15 ° C / + 20 ° C).
 
Personal protection: When using the product, wear gloves, safety glasses and work clothes and make sure there is adequate ventilation.
 
Preliminary treatment of surfaces: Remove dust and grease from the surface. It is preferable to moisten dry surfaces to optimize performance and adhesion.

Application
 
Method of use: Shake the can well before each use, at least 20x. Hold the can upwards during the spray. Fill the leak about 65%, then the foam expands further during drying. To fill large volumes, apply the foam in layers and leave to decant completely. Moisten again between each layer. Once hardened, the product can be cut, shaped, painted and possibly filled.
 
Stains / Residues: The still fresh product can be removed with a Bostik PU cleaner. Once hardened, removal is only mechanical.
 
Advice: In case of use in outdoor environments, it is advisable to always overcoat the foam with a protective layer.
 
Points of attention: Bostik PU Construct has a high expansion capacity. If necessary, fix the materials to prevent them from deforming.
 
Drying times *
 
Skin time: approx. 8-12 minutes.
 
Drying time: approx. 4 hours (for a 30 mm pass, 20 ° C and 60% RH)
