One-component elastic-plastic sealant with an acrylic base.
REI 180 certification.
Resistant to high temperatures. Particularly suitable for sealing joints in fire-resistant building structures.
It forms a barrier against the spread of fire and smoke in the event of a fire, expanding with the increase in heat.

Fields of application:
for fire-resistant sealing of joints, cracks and joints in building constructions.
Very suitable for sealing the edges of door and window frames and masonry work.
Stable on various building materials such as brick, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, ceramic tiles and metals.
Not suitable for gaskets that maintain elasticity and / or applications with a constantly high degree of humidity and / or in prolonged contact with water.
Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, silicone and bitumen.

Applications
Yield: Content sufficient for a length between approximately 8 and 15 m (depending on the diameter of the joint).

How to use:
Use a sealant dosing gun to work with cartridges. Open the cartridge by cutting the plastic tip above the thread with a sharp knife.
Screw the nozzle and cut at an angle to match the desired diameter.
For joints from 6 x 10 mm minimum to 50 x 25 mm maximum.
Spray the sealant evenly into the joint and smooth it out within 20-30 minutes with your fingers or a wet spatula.
Stains / Residues: Remove the remaining stains directly with water
humid. The dry product can only be removed mechanically.

Points of attention: This sealant is fire resistant when completely dry. Make sure the grout remains dry for at least the first 8 hours.
Do not apply when it rains or rain is forecast.

Drying times *
