SPECIAL OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS AND ALL LOCKS AND SECURITY SYSTEMS WHICH REQUIRE KEYS OR LOCKING DEVICES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE EXCHANGES
As regards the items sold and delivered, we give the possibility to make any changes. Requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the product by sending an exchange request email to info@matteoda.it
All returns must still be authorized.
All items must be returned in the original packaging, not damaged or modified, and complete with all supplied components.
The request and specification of the product to be replaced must be included in the package
Every return will be opened and filmed.
In case of exchange, delivery and redelivery costs are borne by the customer who can use his trusted courier or use our service.

In the case of returns that are unpackaged, damaged or manipulated, the material will be kept available to the sender for collection and no replacement will be made
However, in the event of price differences, we will proceed with shipment only after payment of the amount resulting from the cost of the new product, less the value of the return, or the transport costs if you request reshipment by our means.
B) WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal:
Withdrawal can be exercised in all cases provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 with the exception of the cases provided for by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 12/2014 and if the Customer is a Professional, i.e. with a VAT number.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) within 14 days from the moment in which the Customer (or person designated by it) acquires physical possession of the asset.
For this purpose, the form prepared by us and downloadable at the following link can be used. (The use of the document attached in the link is optional, but if it is not used the communication must contain all references to the order and the material you intend to return.)

Effects of withdrawal:
If the consumer customer withdraws from the sales contract, he will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice when ordering of a type of delivery other than the standard one proposed by us, the costs of cash on delivery or telephone notification); this occurs within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the withdrawal.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods and verification of the same by our warehouse (or external warehouses in the case of items managed by external logistics).
Each return received will be filmed upon opening
Following the notification of withdrawal, the customer service will send the return form to be applied on the return package
The goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions;
- the Customer can only return the entire product, not just some of its parts (e.g. accessories, etc…);
- special, cut-to-size, personalized or modified products cannot be returned upon request of the Customer
- unpackaged products cannot be returned if sent in blisters, briefcases or lithographed packages.
- items relating to the security sector cannot be returned if they include keys to opening systems, even if returned in sealed packaging (for example, safes, security cylinders, security locks, etc.); in the sole case of exchange or replacement, however, it will be possible to proceed after verification and repackaging by the Manufacturer with a cost equal to 40% of the value of the product
- components for flues with a diameter greater than 200 mm, sleeves, increases, calibration elements, copper caps and chimney caps, locks and cylinders in special execution, or cylinders with knob, with a different number of keys from the standard equipment (for example, cylinders with 5 keys), brass finish, customized equipment, which as these are technical elements not specific
