Equipped with an ingenious patented device called "PANEPIZZA", this kitchen contains two independent ovens in a single large door. Here is a brief description:
Independent ovens: The Klarissa Evo has two separate ovens, each with a different cooking temperature. The upper oven can reach temperatures of up to 400°C, while the lower oven reaches 350°C.
PANEPIZZA: The innovative “PANEPIZZA” device allows you to make the most of the heat from the ovens. Thanks to a dedicated smoke passage, the upper oven can reach higher temperatures, ideal for cooking pizzas, bread and other delicacies.
Soapstone Base: Both ovens have a soapstone base, which helps maintain an even temperature and achieve excellent cooking results.
Dedicated thermometer: Each oven is equipped with a dedicated thermometer to monitor the internal temperature accurately.
Heatable area: The Klarissa Evo is designed to heat an area of 74 m².
