Panepizza®: This patented device allows you to unleash your culinary imagination. The Melissa Evo Maiolica kitchen is equipped with two independent ovens with different cooking temperatures:
Upper oven: Can reach a temperature of 400°C. It is ideal for the preparation of pizzas, focaccias and other dishes that require cooking at high temperatures.
Lower oven: Operates at a temperature of 350°C and is perfect for baking bread, pastries and other dishes that require more delicate cooking.
