De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2PPC base plate with central condensate drain
The De Marinis P2PPC is an ISO 25 PLUS base support component designed to perform two functions: provide a lower structural support point for the flue and allow central condensate drainage.
It is particularly suitable for systems where condensate must be collected and discharged from the lowest point of the chimney while maintaining a structural support function.
The P2PPC is compatible with ISO 25 PLUS systems featuring an AISI 316L BA stainless-steel inner wall, an AISI 304 BA outer wall and 25 mm blown mineral wool insulation.
It is available in nominal internal diameters Ø80, 100, 130, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300 and 350 mm.

What the P2PPC is used for
The P2PPC is installed at the bottom of the flue system and provides a structural starting and support point.
Its integrated central condensate drain allows liquids forming inside the chimney to be collected and conveyed to a suitable drainage system.
This is particularly useful in installations operating with wet flue gases, including certain condensing and low-temperature appliance configurations.
3/4" central condensate drain
The P2PPC incorporates a 3/4" female threaded central drain connection.
The drain can be connected to suitable pipework designed for the type and quantity of condensate produced by the appliance.
Important: the condensate drainage system must be designed according to the appliance and condensate characteristics. Where required, a trap, neutralisation system or other dedicated components must be installed in accordance with appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
Difference between P2PP and P2PPC
The P2PP is primarily a base support plate.
The P2PPC provides the same support function but additionally incorporates a central condensate drain.
The P2PPC is therefore particularly suitable where condensate drainage is required directly at the bottom of the flue system.
ISO 25 PLUS and G50 classification
The P2PPC belongs to the ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall flue system, whose high-temperature designation is:

The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified system configuration.
Important: G50 applies only to the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration installed according to De Marinis instructions.

Technical note: all P2PPC variants have usable height Hu = 60 mm. External diameter Øe is 50 mm greater than the nominal internal diameter Øi. A and B indicate the overall support plate dimensions.

Installation and condensate drainage
The P2PPC must be installed on a stable load-bearing structure capable of supporting the flue system above.
The central drain must be connected to suitable drainage pipework, avoiding stagnant condensate and keeping the connection accessible for inspection and maintenance.
The plate must not distort or misalign the connected flue sections.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
