Thermorossi hydro wood-burning stoves and cooker boilers are designed to transfer a significant proportion of the heat produced by wood combustion to water for a compatible central-heating system.

The range includes hydro stoves such as ARDHEA EVO5, ARDHEA-F EVO5, DORA and FLORA, together with BOSKY 30 SQUARE EVO5 and BOSKY F30 SQUARE EVO5 wood-burning cooker boilers.

Hydro stoves focus primarily on water heating, while BOSKY models add an integrated cooking top and, on F versions, a wood-fired oven.

ARDHEA EVO5

ARDHEA EVO5 is a Thermorossi hydro wood stove designed for connection to a compatible domestic heating system.

In its current 5-Star configuration it has a nominal output of 15.1 kW, including 11.0 kW to water.

Declared features include 92.2% maximum efficiency, A+ energy class, large firebox, boiler thermometer, anti-condensation thermostat and automatic draught regulator.

ARDHEA-F EVO5

ARDHEA-F EVO5 adds an integrated enamelled oven to the ARDHEA hydro platform.

The oven measures approximately 280 × 340 × 400 mm and includes a rack and baking tray.

DORA

DORA is a more traditionally styled Thermorossi hydro wood stove available in different finishes and Ready to Start configurations.

FLORA

FLORA is also available in a Ready to Start configuration incorporating selected hydraulic and safety components.

BOSKY 30 SQUARE EVO5

BOSKY 30 SQUARE EVO5 combines hydraulic heating with a wood-fired cooking top.

In the 5-Star configuration Thermorossi declares:

• up to 89.1% efficiency;

• 150 mm flue outlet.

BOSKY F30 SQUARE EVO5

BOSKY F30 SQUARE EVO5 adds a large integrated oven to the BOSKY hydro cooker platform.

It can therefore heat water, provide direct room heat, cook on the upper surface and be used for oven cooking.

Smoke by-pass

BOSKY SQUARE models use Thermorossi Smoke by-pass technology to alter the flue-gas path during wood reloading.

Ready to Start

Selected Thermorossi hydro stoves and cooker boilers are available in Ready to Start configurations with pre-fitted hydraulic components.

These may include a circulation pump, expansion vessel, safety valves and other system components.

Ready to Start does not remove the requirement for correct hydraulic design and professional installation.

Water output

When choosing a hydro wood appliance, output transferred to water is one of the most important specifications.

Building heat demand, radiators, system temperatures, water volume, buffer storage and other heat generators should all be considered.

Domestic hot water

Thermorossi indicates that BOSKY can form part of a system producing domestic hot water stored in a separate cylinder.

This therefore requires the appropriate hydraulic installation and should not be interpreted as standard instantaneous DHW production.

Italian 5-Star environmental rating

Current ARDHEA EVO5, ARDHEA-F EVO5 and BOSKY 30/F30 SQUARE EVO5 appliances carry an Italian 5-Star environmental rating.

Italian Conto Termico 3.0

Thermorossi includes ARDHEA EVO5, ARDHEA-F EVO5, DORA, FLORA and BOSKY 30/F30 SQUARE EVO5 in its current Conto Termico 3.0 documentation.

Actual eligibility depends on the complete replacement project and is not automatic with appliance purchase.
