Palazzetti JPS Pellet Boilers

Palazzetti JPS pellet boilers are designed to transfer pellet combustion heat directly to water for a compatible central-heating system.

The current range includes JPS TC 18 and JPS TC 25, with the latter also available as JPS TC 25 ACS for instantaneous domestic hot-water production while the boiler is operating.

JPS boilers feature an integrated hydraulic group, anti-condensation valve, Complete Burning System, Self Cleaning System and a 50 kg pellet hopper.

Palazzetti JPS pellet-boiler range

JPS TC 18

JPS TC 18 provides 16.1 kW rated output and approximately 16 kW to the heating water.

Main specifications include:

• approximately 4.8 kW minimum useful output;
• 50 kg pellet hopper;
• 1.12–3.56 kg/h pellet consumption;
• 80 mm flue outlet;
• 42 litre boiler water content;

• A+ energy class.

JPS TC 25

JPS TC 25 provides 23.1 kW rated output and 23 kW to water.

It uses the same 50 kg integrated pellet hopper and is designed for heating systems with a higher thermal demand.

JPS TC 25 ACS

JPS TC 25 ACS adds an integrated system for instantaneous domestic hot-water production while the boiler is operating.

This is a specific feature of the ACS configuration and should not be attributed to every Palazzetti pellet boiler.

Integrated hydraulic group

JPS boilers include a hydraulic group with circulation pump, closed expansion vessel, safety valve, pressure gauge and anti-condensation valve.

The integrated equipment does not replace correct heating-system design.

Complete Burning System

Complete Burning System extends the combustion process of residues remaining in the burn pot as part of the JPS combustion-management system.

Self Cleaning System

The Self Cleaning System automatically cleans the burn pot and heat-exchanger tubes.

Automatic cleaning reduces routine intervention but does not eliminate periodic maintenance.

Quick Start

The JPS range uses a ceramic ignition element as part of Palazzetti's Quick Start system.

50 kg pellet hopper

Both output versions use a 50 kg integrated pellet hopper.

Optional additional pellet storage

Palazzetti also offers an additional pellet-storage system of approximately 230 kg for compatible JPS installations.

Pellet boiler or Hydro pellet stove?

A pellet boiler is primarily intended for installation as a technical central-heating generator.

A Hydro pellet stove is generally installed in a living space and can release some useful heat directly into the room.

Domestic hot water

Standard JPS TC 18 and JPS TC 25 versions primarily heat technical water for the central-heating system.

Direct instantaneous domestic hot-water production is specifically provided by the JPS TC 25 ACS configuration.

EN 303-5 Class 5

Palazzetti pellet boilers comply with EN 303-5 and are certified in Class 5.

This classification is separate from the Italian environmental Star rating.

Italian 5-Star environmental rating

Current JPS versions carry the Italian 5-Star environmental rating.

Italian Conto Termico 3.0

Palazzetti provides incentive documentation for current JPS boilers.

Actual eligibility depends on the exact appliance, replaced generator and complete heating-system project.

Flue and chimney system

Current JPS boilers use an 80 mm appliance flue outlet, but the complete chimney must be sized for the specific installation.
