Thermorossi Pellet Boilers

Thermorossi pellet boilers are designed for central-heating water production, using automatic pellet feeding, electronic power modulation and integrated hydraulic components depending on the model.

The current range includes Compact GT6 and Compact Slim boilers with different outputs and installation dimensions.

Current technologies include the patented PelletPower® burner, Thermocore® heat exchanger, EasyCleaning on selected models and integration with Thermocell® or Thermopuffer thermal-storage systems.

Thermorossi pellet-boiler range

The current range includes Compact S19 GT6, Compact S23 GT6, Compact S26 GT6, Compact S32 GT6, Compact Slim S25 EVO and Compact Slim Integra S25.

Compact GT6

The Compact GT6 family is designed as a dedicated central-heating boiler range.

Current models use PelletPower®, Thermocore®, automatic power modulation, system circulation pumps, expansion vessels and electronic programming.

Compact S19 GT6

Compact S19 GT6 has a nominal output of approximately 17.5 kW.

Compact S23 GT6

Compact S23 GT6 provides:

• 4.4 - 21.3 kW rated output;
• 4.4 - 21.3 kW to water;
• up to 95.1% efficiency;
• A+ energy class;
• 53 kg pellet hopper;
• PelletPower®;
• Thermocore®;
• Italian 5-Star environmental rating.

Compact S26 GT6

Compact S26 GT6 reaches approximately 24.4 kW nominal output.

Compact S32 GT6

Compact S32 GT6 reaches approximately 29.4 kW nominal output and is intended for higher-load central-heating systems.

PelletPower®

The patented PelletPower® motorised burner automatically moves combustion residues away from the burner air openings.

This reduces routine intervention on the burner but does not eliminate scheduled cleaning and maintenance.

Thermocore®

Thermocore® uses a vertical tubular heat exchanger with turbulators to transfer combustion heat to the heating water.

Compact Slim S25 EVO

Compact Slim S25 EVO is designed for installations where reduced depth is important.

Main specifications include:

• approximately 40 cm depth;
• 6.1 - 20.6 kW rated output;
• 6.1 - 20.6 kW to water;
• up to 92.6% efficiency;
• A+ energy class;
• 33 kg pellet hopper;
• PelletPower®;
• Thermocore®;
• EasyCleaning;
• 100 mm flue outlet.

Compact Slim Integra S25

Compact Slim Integra S25 combines the Slim boiler with a Thermocell® 250 stratified storage tank.

This configuration allows the heating system and domestic hot-water production to be integrated into a compact system.

Thermocell® 250

Thermocell® 250 is a patented stratified storage tank used with Compact Slim Integra.

In this configuration domestic hot water is produced through the dedicated storage system rather than directly by the boiler alone.

Thermal storage and Italian Conto Termico 3.0

Thermorossi publishes specific thermal-storage requirements for its Compact boilers under the Italian Conto Termico 3.0.

Current manufacturer data indicates minimum storage volumes of approximately:

• 319 litres for Compact S19 GT6;
• 395 litres for Compact S23 GT6;
• 454 litres for Compact S26 GT6;
• 554 litres for Compact S32 GT6.

These values should be applied according to the manufacturer documentation and complete heating-system design.

Domestic hot water

A standard Compact boiler primarily heats technical water for the heating circuit.

Domestic hot-water production requires a suitable storage cylinder or hydraulic configuration.

Compact Slim Integra S25 is a specific example using a dedicated Thermocell® storage tank.

Pellet boiler or hydro pellet stove?

A pellet boiler is designed primarily as a technical central-heating generator and does not use dedicated room ventilation on current Compact models.

A hydro pellet stove is normally installed in a living space and releases part of its useful heat directly into the room.

Environmental rating

The current Compact GT6 range includes Italian 5-Star models.

Always verify the exact boiler and version selected.

Italian Conto Termico 3.0

Thermorossi publishes current Conto Termico 3.0 documentation for Compact GT6 boilers and their required thermal-storage sizing.

Actual incentive eligibility depends on the complete replacement project and applicable technical and administrative requirements.

Flue and chimney system

Current Compact boilers generally use a 100 mm flue outlet.

The complete chimney must nevertheless be sized according to output, flue temperature, height, route, draught, pressure and installation conditions.
