Palazzetti Hydro Accessories

Palazzetti Hydro accessories include dedicated hydraulic kits for heating-system separation, instantaneous domestic hot-water production and DHW storage management.

The current range on Matteoda.it includes two main product families:

• P1, P2, P3 and P5 kits;
• L1, L2, L3 and L5 high-efficiency kits.

The two ranges perform similar hydraulic functions but use different heat-exchanger capacities and hydraulic components. Selection must therefore be based on the exact Palazzetti appliance, its water output and the required hydraulic layout.

Palazzetti Hydro kit range

P-series or L-series?

P and L kits perform corresponding hydraulic functions but use different component sizes.

P-series system-separation kits use 30 kW heat exchangers, while L-series equivalents use 40 kW units. DHW heat exchangers are rated at 16 kW on P-series and 20 kW on L-series kits.

The correct series must always be selected according to official appliance compatibility.

P1 system-separation kit

P1 separates the appliance primary circuit from the secondary heating circuit using a 30 kW plate heat exchanger, circulation pump, non-return valve and electronic control unit.

P2 instantaneous DHW kit

P2 manages direct heating and instantaneous domestic hot-water production using a 16 kW plate heat exchanger, three-way valve, flow switch, non-return valve and electronic control unit.

P3 separation + DHW kit

P3 combines hydraulic separation and instantaneous DHW production using 30 kW and 16 kW plate heat exchangers.

P5 DHW storage-management kit

P5 separates the appliance circuit and manages a buffer or storage tank used for domestic hot-water production.

L1 high-efficiency separation kit

L1 uses a 40 kW plate heat exchanger and two circulation pumps for hydraulic separation between the appliance and existing heating system.

L2 high-efficiency DHW kit

L2 uses a 20 kW DHW heat exchanger for instantaneous domestic hot-water production and heating-system management.

L3 high-efficiency separation + DHW kit

L3 combines a 40 kW system-separation exchanger with a 20 kW DHW exchanger.

L5 high-efficiency storage-management kit

L5 combines hydraulic system separation with management of a domestic-hot-water storage tank.

Instantaneous DHW or storage?

P2, P3, L2 and L3 are intended for instantaneous DHW production.

P5 and L5 instead manage a dedicated DHW storage or buffer tank.

Compatibility with current Palazzetti Hydro appliances

These kits must only be used with compatible Palazzetti Hydro appliances and according to the manufacturer's hydraulic diagrams.

Compatibility depends on appliance model, water output, hydraulic configuration, other heat generators and DHW requirements.

Compatibility with Termopalex NBX

Current Termopalex NBX configurations may already be available with integrated FAST or FAST ACS hydraulic solutions.

Before adding an external P or L kit, check the exact Termopalex configuration and hydraulic layout.

Hydraulic-system design

Palazzetti hydraulic kits do not replace professional heating-system design.

Flow rates, temperatures, exchanger capacity, storage volume and safety equipment must all be sized for the actual installation.
