The Palazzetti L2 high-efficiency kit, code 892006721, is designed for instant domestic hot water production and heating-system management with compatible hydro appliances.

What is the L2 kit used for?

The system allows heat produced by the hydro appliance to be used for:

• instant domestic hot water production;
• heating-system management;
• hydraulic flow diversion according to DHW or heating demand.

Kit components

• one circulation pump;
• 20 kW plate heat exchanger;
• non-return valve;
• 3-way diverter valve;
• electronic control unit;
• flow switch.

Instant domestic hot water production

The 20 kW plate heat exchanger transfers thermal energy to the domestic hot water circuit on demand.

The flow switch detects hot-water demand and allows the electronic controller to manage system operation accordingly.

Heating and DHW management

The 3-way diverter valve manages hydraulic flow according to whether domestic hot water or space heating is required.

Recommended applications

Palazzetti recommends the L2 kit for compatible appliances with water heat output above approximately 18/20 kW.
