Palazzetti JPS TC 25: 23.1 kW pellet boiler, Standard or DHW
Palazzetti JPS TC 25 is a 23.1 kW sealed pellet boiler designed to operate as the central heat generator for a hydronic heating system.
It delivers up to 23 kW directly to the heating-water circuit.
The product can be selected in two configurations:
- JPS TC 25 Standard: for hydronic space heating.
- JPS TC 25 DHW: supplied with the hydraulic kit for domestic hot-water production.

23.1 kW total output and 23 kW to water
JPS TC 25 provides a 23.1 kW nominal heat output, with 23 kW transferred to the hydronic heating system.
Virtually all useful heat is therefore made available to the heating-water circuit, making JPS TC 25 a purpose-designed central-heating boiler.
DHW configuration
The JPS TC 25 DHW version includes a dedicated hydraulic kit for domestic hot-water production.
This configuration is intended for installations where the pellet boiler must contribute to both space heating and domestic hot-water generation.
The complete hydraulic system must still be correctly designed according to hot-water demand, flow rates, operating temperatures, storage and any additional heat generators.
Sealed pellet boiler
JPS TC 25 is a sealed pellet boiler designed for external combustion-air ducting.
Combustion-air supply, boiler room and flue installation must always comply with the installation manual and applicable local requirements.
Flue-tube heat exchanger with turbulators
The boiler features a flue-tube heat exchanger equipped with turbulators, designed to enhance heat transfer from the combustion gases to the heating-water circuit.
Integrated hydronic unit
JPS TC 25 includes an integrated hydronic unit comprising:
- circulation pump;
- safety valve;
- closed expansion vessel;
- pressure gauge.
The integrated equipment simplifies installation but does not replace correct hydronic system design and sizing.
Integrated anti-condensation valve
An integrated anti-condensation valve helps manage return-water temperature and reduce operating conditions that could promote condensation inside the heat exchanger.
Self Cleaning System
The Self Cleaning System automatically cleans both the pellet burn pot and the heat-exchanger tubes.
This helps maintain consistent heat transfer and reduce routine manual cleaning, although scheduled maintenance remains necessary.
Complete Burning System
The Complete Burning System promotes more complete combustion of residual material, helping reduce ash production and improve fuel utilisation.
50 kg pellet hopper
JPS TC 25 incorporates a 50 kg pellet hopper.
Pellet consumption ranges from approximately 1.12 to 5.14 kg/h.
Optional pellet-loading unit
For installations requiring greater pellet-storage capacity, Palazzetti offers an optional pellet-loading unit with additional storage tank.
This can reduce the frequency of manual pellet refilling when the boiler is used as the primary heating generator.
Touch controls and system integration
JPS TC 25 features a graphic digital display with touch controls and daily and weekly scheduling.
An integrated interface is provided for an external thermostat or buffer tank.
Smart-control compatibility
JPS TC 25 is designed for the optional Universal Gateway, allowing access to compatible Palazzetti smart-control functions.

EN 303-5 Class 5 and Italian 5-star rating
JPS TC 25 is an EN 303-5 Class 5 pellet boiler.
This boiler classification is separate from the Italian 5-star environmental rating under D.M. 186; the two ratings refer to different regulatory requirements.
Installation and system sizing
With 23 kW delivered to water, correct system sizing is particularly important.
The design should consider building heat demand, water volume, heating emitters, flow and return temperatures, buffer storage and any additional heat generators.
For the DHW configuration, domestic hot-water demand and the complete hydraulic layout must also be assessed.
A+ energy class, 5-star rating and incentives
Palazzetti JPS TC 25 is rated A+ and achieves the Italian 5-star environmental rating under D.M. 186.
Palazzetti documentation refers to Conto Termico 3.0 for JPS TC 25. Eligibility depends on the type of project, the appliance being replaced and compliance with all applicable technical and administrative requirements.
