Settecento KSE11P is an interior door handle from the Colombo Design Antologhia collection, made of brass and supplied in a traditional backplate-mounted configuration.
The model recalls the early development of interior architectural hardware through a simple, restrained design and compact proportions. Its reduced dimensions make Settecento particularly suitable for classical double-leaf doors, where balanced and unobtrusive hardware is especially important.

Settecento reflects a period in which the door handle was evolving from a purely functional object into an integral part of the interior. Its design remains intentionally restrained, with clear forms and carefully balanced proportions.
The backplate-mounted configuration creates a coherent relationship between the lever and lock area without visually overloading the door. This makes the model suitable for traditional timber doors, classical interiors, historic buildings and restoration projects.
One of the defining features of Settecento is its compact dimensional format. This is particularly useful on double-leaf doors, where two opposing handles require carefully controlled proportions to maintain a balanced appearance.
The KSE11P family is available with different backplate and lock configurations. The appropriate version should therefore be selected according to the keyhole type, centre distance and actual door specification.
Settecento belongs to Colombo Design's Antologhia collection, a Made in Italy range dedicated to the reinterpretation of historic architectural hardware. Its manufacture combines traditional techniques, including casting and finishing processes, with a significant element of manual craftsmanship and hand finishing.
Slight porosity, texture or minor surface variations may occur as a natural consequence of these traditional processes. Such characteristics are consistent with the handcrafted nature of the collection rather than the perfectly uniform appearance of fully standardised industrial production.
The product page offers bronze, natural brass and natural unlacquered silver finishes. Unprotected metal surfaces may gradually change in colour and appearance through handling, exposure and natural ageing.
Natural unlacquered brass, in particular, gradually oxidises and develops its characteristic surface patina, contributing to the authentic appearance traditionally associated with period architectural hardware.
