International Shipping & Warranty

• Product Specifications: All wood and pellet products in our catalog are official Italian versions and strictly comply with Italian technical standards and certifications. We cannot supply products configured for foreign market regulations.

• Shipping: Our website automatically processes orders within Italy only. For shipping to EU or Non-EU countries, we provide quotes upon request via email. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own courier pickup (Ex-Works).

• Warranty & Service: On-site warranty service is valid strictly within Italy. Local service centers outside Italy will not cover parallel-imported products. In case of documented manufacturing defects, warranty support is limited exclusively to supplying replacement parts from Italy (local labor and technician costs remain the buyer's responsibility).
