The CISA ALPHA 07A83.90 electric strike is designed for electrically controlled access through doors equipped with surface-mounted panic exit devices and lateral latches. Its mechanical hold-open function enables release by an electrical pulse, followed by automatic resetting when the door closes.
Important: the electric strike module is supplied without its protective cover, which must be purchased separately.

A 12 V AC electrical pulse releases the strike, allowing the door to open. The mechanical hold-open function maintains the release condition until the door is opened, and the strike automatically resets when the door closes.
This operation enables electrically controlled access without requiring the release button to remain pressed throughout the opening cycle.
The product includes the CISA 07A83.90 electric strike module. The protective cover is not supplied and must be ordered separately from the appropriate CISA 06A98.12 range.
