ISEO TRIM 94027005 – Black External Panic Exit Lever Handle

The ISEO TRIM 94027005 external trim allows compatible ISEO surface-mounted panic and emergency exit devices to be operated from outside. It features a reversible lever handle, black painted zamak housing and key-operated Euro profile cylinder.

The black RAL 9005 finish with AntiGerm antibacterial protection is suitable for professional installations and replacement applications. The 54 mm fixing centres and 8 mm spindle are important dimensions to verify before installation.

Operation and compatibility

The external lever provides access from outside the door. The Euro profile cylinder enables or disables the handle. When disabled, the handle remains fixed and the key can be removed.

The TRIM is designed for ISEO surface-mounted panic and emergency exit devices with one, two or three locking points, fitted to single- or double-leaf doors. Its reversible handle allows installation on both left- and right-handed doors.

It can be installed on aluminium, PVC and timber door profiles using two through-fixing screws. Glass door applications require the Belvedere kit and ISEO adapter 0000A00210, subject to configuration compatibility.

AntiGerm antibacterial protection

The black painted version incorporates ISEO AntiGerm, an antibacterial surface treatment based on the continuous release of silver ions. The protection is incorporated into the finish and requires no specific periodic treatment.

Supplied components and maintenance

The package includes:

The cylinder can be replaced without removing the trim from the door. A side fixing screw provides access, and the cylinder can be removed after partially rotating the key. This simplifies maintenance and replacement with a compatible cylinder for keyed-alike or master-key systems.

Replacement and version identification

Before ordering, check the 54 mm fixing centres, 8 mm spindle, door thickness and compatibility with the internal exit mechanism. Code 94027005 identifies the standard black lever version, which differs from the ENDUR4NCE-finish 9402700R and the lowered-handle 94027025.

The TRIM is an external operating accessory and does not replace the panic or emergency exit mechanism fitted on the inside of the door.
