The stainless steel cylinder makes cleaning easier after use. The rack and metal gear transmission transfer movement from the hand crank to the piston. The two-speed mechanism provides controlled piston advance during stuffing and faster retraction when refilling the cylinder.
The Moplen piston features a silicone seal and an air vent valve to help release trapped air during stuffing. Four funnels with outlet diameters of 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm are included for different casing sizes.
It is suitable for home sausage preparation and small-scale food processing when greater capacity is preferred over a 5-litre model. Its manual operation and stainless steel cylinder offer a practical solution for periodic use without an electric motor.
MOD. 07 has a 7-litre cylinder, compared with the 5-litre capacity of MOD. 05, allowing more mixture to be loaded per cycle.
