The Tre Spade MOD. 10 is a 10-litre horizontal manual sausage stuffer designed for preparing sausages, salami and other stuffed meat products. The stainless steel cylinder facilitates cleaning, while the rack and metal gear transmission move the piston through the hand crank. The two-speed mechanism provides greater pushing force during stuffing and faster piston retraction when refilling.
The Moplen piston features a silicone seal and air vent valve to help release trapped air from the mixture. Four funnels with outlet diameters of 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm are included for different casing sizes.
The 10-litre capacity is suitable for users preparing larger batches of sausages who want to reduce interruptions for refilling. Compared with the 5- and 7-litre versions, it holds more mixture per cycle but requires more worktop space.
