VIGOR Category III Type 5B/6B protective coverall

The VIGOR 54267 series is a Category III personal protective coverall designed as a full-body protective garment for applications requiring Type 5B/6B protection.

The coverall is made from polypropylene with a microporous polyethylene coating and has a fabric weight of 65 g/m². This construction combines a lightweight textile substrate with a microporous outer layer in a full-body protective garment.

One-piece design with integrated hood

The garment is manufactured as a single-piece coverall with integrated hood, reducing gaps between the torso, limbs and head compared with separate protective garments.

Elasticated wrists, ankles, hood and waist help the material follow the shape of the body and improve fit during movement.

Protected front closure

Entry is through a front two-way zip, providing practical access during dressing and removal.

The zip is covered by a protective flap, reducing direct exposure of the closure area on the outside of the garment.

Polypropylene with microporous PE coating

The coverall uses a polypropylene (PP) base with a microporous polyethylene (PE) coating. The material is white and has a weight of 65 g/m².

Microporous coated materials are commonly used in protective clothing where a lightweight barrier construction is required without the heavier structure of fully impermeable materials.

Before use, inspect the garment, zip, flap and elasticated areas. The coverall should be combined with any additional PPE required by the risk assessment, such as gloves, respiratory protection, eye protection or suitable footwear.
