The AWELCO EASYMIG 160 is a multiprocess inverter welder designed for MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and LIFT TIG applications. Operating on 230 V single‑phase, it uses inverter technology to reduce power consumption and weight while improving arc stability.

In MIG/MAG mode it delivers 20–150 A, while MMA and TIG operate within 20–120 A, suitable for thin and medium‑thickness materials. The 150 A @ 90% duty cycle ensures excellent continuity for a hobby‑class machine.

It supports both solid wire with gas and flux‑cored wire (NO GAS). In MMA, it works with 1.6–3.25 mm electrodes (rutile, stainless steel, basic, cast iron). The 56 V open‑circuit voltage improves arc ignition.

Compact and portable, it weighs 9.7 kg with packaging dimensions 375×330×230 mm. Absorbed power is 5.1 kVA MIG, 4.6 kVA MMA, 3.1 kVA TIG.
