The PIK liquid gasket by Arexons is a sealing compound formulated with natural rubber, solvents and fillers, designed to provide effective sealing on surfaces with non‑perfect flatness. Its creamy, non‑self‑leveling consistency allows it to fill micro‑spaces and replace any type of preformed gasket, forming a solid gasket after complete solvent evaporation.
It is suitable for sealing engines, machine tools, hydraulic fittings, liquid gas containers and industrial assemblies not subject to excessive vibration. Once cured, it offers excellent resistance to water, gasoline, mineral oil, synthetic oil, synthetic grease and methane, with an operating temperature range from –20°C to +110°C.
Skin formation occurs in approximately 10 minutes, enabling quick assembly. Supplied in a 65 ml aluminum tube, with a shelf life of at least 3 years under proper storage conditions.
