The OMR 165645 is a left‑hand (SX) lockable handle made of polished nickel‑plated zinc alloy. It is designed for use with 30–40 mm hook padlocks (shackle Ø 5–7 mm). The handle operates the rear cam or rod system; once the padlock is inserted, the handle is blocked in the closed position, preventing rotation.
The 7 mm square drive supports straight, bent, hook cams and rod‑control levers. Suitable for lockers, community furniture, hospitals, gyms, spas, hostels and technical enclosures.
