Integrated oven and wood-fired cooking plate
The main difference between the TR_A80 and the 60 cm model is the integrated oven. Measuring 310 × 265 × 420 mm, it allows the heat generated by the wood fire to be used for baking bread, roasting meat and preparing other oven-cooked dishes.
The 687 × 487 mm cooking plate provides generous space for pans and cooking vessels. Heat can be managed by controlling the fire and positioning cookware on different areas of the plate.
The TR_A80 therefore combines hotplate cooking, oven baking and room heating in a single appliance.
Refractory firebox and combustion control
The refractory firebox and engineered flue-gas passages are designed to promote effective combustion and heat transfer. Refractory materials also contribute to heat storage and gradual release.
Automatic and manual combustion air regulation allows practical management of the fire. The fire door features triple ceramic and heat-reflective glazing, while the reduced-heat handle and secure closing mechanism complete the equipment.

The rear clearance may be reduced to 100 mm when the specified fire protection is installed.
