The Roma KSE22 / KSE22B is a traditional brass window cremone handle from the Antologhia collection by Colombo Design. It features a vertically arranged grip with raised decorative detailing and an elongated, ornamented backplate inspired by traditional architectural hardware.
The handle is offered in two configurations: KSE22 with a raised backplate and KSE22B with a low-profile backplate. Both share the same decorative design and front dimensions but differ in backplate thickness and overall projection.
KSE22 – Raised backplate: traditional configuration featuring a 200 × 40 mm backplate, 13 mm thickness and 60.5 mm projection shown in the manufacturer's technical drawing.
KSE22B – Low-profile backplate: slimmer configuration with a 200 × 40 mm backplate, 4 mm thickness as shown in the catalogue drawing and 51.5 mm projection. Installation requires checking the window frame preparation and the space needed for the recessed operating mechanism.
Both models are traditional cremone handles and must be distinguished from the separate Roma KSE22 DK/SM and KSE22 CRDK tilt-and-turn window handle versions.

Measurements are taken from the Colombo Design technical drawings for each model. Overall projection must not be confused with the thickness of the backplate alone.
The Roma cremone handle draws on historic architectural hardware, combining raised ornamental patterns on both the grip and the backplate. Made in Italy using traditional brass-working methods, the Antologhia collection incorporates a significant element of manual craftsmanship and hand finishing.
The standard finish is natural unlacquered brass (ON). Its surface may gradually change in appearance and develop a characteristic patina with handling and age. Minor porosity or surface irregularities may be consistent with traditional brass-working and hand-finishing processes.
The catalogue also mentions lacquered finishes and special configurations on request, without listing them as standard variants for the KSE22/KSE22B.
The operating mechanism is not included and must be selected separately according to the window hardware. Before ordering, check the mounting dimensions, window frame preparation and space required for the mechanism, particularly with the low-profile KSE22B version.
