The DISEC A1566 is a zinc-plated steel spacer designed for mounting compatible 50 mm diameter cylinder security protectors. With a nominal thickness of 2 mm, it compensates for the distance between the protector and the door surface, allowing the defender to be correctly positioned.
When installing or replacing a cylinder security protector, a small adjustment may be required to compensate for the distance between the door panel and the protector body.
The DISEC A1566 provides an additional 2 mm spacing, helping adjust the protector's mounting position without altering the existing cylinder or lock.

The spacer features a central Euro profile opening and lateral fixing openings. Its universal-style configuration allows it to be used with different compatible Ø50 mm cylinder protectors, provided the central opening and fixing positions match.
