The Tre Spade TC 10/12 replacement grinding plates are made of food-grade AISI 420 stainless steel and allow different grinding textures. Seven versions are available, with hole diameters from 4.5 to 20 mm, for compatible size 10/12 meat grinders.

Choosing the correct hole diameter

The hole diameter determines the texture of the minced product:

• 4.5 mm: fine grinding for mixtures requiring a uniform texture.
• 6 mm: medium grinding, suitable for ragù, burgers and meatballs.
• 8 mm: coarse grinding for a more pronounced texture.
• 10 and 12 mm: extra-coarse grinding for compatible manual meat grinders.
• 18 and 20 mm: particularly large openings, for compatible manual meat grinders only.

Compatibility and safety

These plates are intended for compatible Tre Spade size 10/12 meat grinders. The plate size identifies the replacement part dimensions, while the hole diameter determines the grinding texture.

Important: for safety reasons, grinding plates with holes larger than 8 mm must not be fitted to electric meat grinders. The 10, 12, 18 and 20 mm versions are therefore intended exclusively for compatible manual models.

Before ordering, check the meat grinder model and compare the original grinding plate. Also inspect the condition of the knife, which operates in direct contact with the plate.
