The knife size must match the size of the grinding unit. The 10/12 and 20/22 designations identify replacement parts intended for the corresponding compatible grinder sizes.

Before ordering, check the meat grinder model and compare the original component. A similar shape alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Replacement and maintenance

A worn knife may affect grinding quality. When replacing it, also inspect the grinding plate, which operates in contact with the knife.
