The welded, watertight stainless steel cylinder and side panels help simplify cleaning. The metal gear transmission and two-speed mechanism allow controlled piston movement and faster retraction when refilling the cylinder.
The piston features a silicone seal and air vent valve to help release trapped air during stuffing. The four included funnels, Ø10, 20, 30 and 40 mm, offer a choice of outlets for different casing sizes.
It is suitable for preparing sausages at home using a dedicated manual machine, with a practical cylinder capacity, stable countertop construction and accessible components for cleaning. No electrical power supply is required.
Four Moplen stuffing funnels with outlet diameters of 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm are supplied.
