VAN-LOCK is the protection kit for vans which, thanks to its innovative design, intervenes automatically each time the door is closed without the need to act on the padlock

The exclusive (patented) shape without edges and gripping points, combined with stainless steel, robust and anti-corrosion, identifies this innovative locking system for trucks and vans, which can be applied indifferently on the rear swing doors and on the side sliding doors, or on both, in the pair version in KA (same key).
"Van Lock", which can be installed in practically any situation, as it tolerates or recovers (with shims) any misalignments of the doors, it closes easily by pushing; and offers a high degree of safety thanks to the fixing system, the 7-pin key and the anti-drill plate.

Body: monobloc in electropolished stainless steel, elliptical in shape, without edges; which snaps onto the trapezoidal anchoring plate and is fixed with 2 stainless steel screws (supplied) from inside the load compartment.
2 Anchor plates:
the first half-moon with a sturdy conical stainless steel pin that is fixed, with 2 stainless steel bolts and 2 rivets (supplied), on the door that acts as a stop (in the rear doors); o on the fixed part on the side of the load compartment (in the sliding side doors);
the other of trapezoidal shape in stainless steel that is fixed, with 2 stainless steel bolts and 2 rivets (supplied), on the door that strikes (in the rear doors); or on the sliding side door of the load compartment.
Cylinder: in brass with 7 pins, protected by a plate against burglary and drill, in case-hardened, tempered, copper-plated, nickel-plated and chromed steel.
Keys: in nickel-plated brass, with easy-grip handle (even when wearing gloves) with Viro Top Security profile, 3 supplied.
Mechanism:
snap closure with hook lever in case-hardened, tempered and galvanized steel;
closing occurs automatically (without the use of the key) by pushing the door that hits the other, or by closing the sliding side door;
key removable only with "Van Lock" closed;
possibility of keeping "Van Lock" in the "always open" state with the key inserted and completely turned;
brass pistons;
"mushroom" brass counterpins against the action of the pick;
piston springs in stainless steel;
emergency release device from the inside (practically impossible to hook from the outside with burglary tools), in case the operator accidentally remains closed in the load compartment.
Supplied with:
anchor plates;
stainless steel screws, bolts, washers and rivets;
adhesive drilling template;
stainless steel shims (which can also be ordered individually) to recover any misalignments between the doors;
scratch-resistant rubber gasket.
