Palazzetti Ecopalex GTM70 S / SP: compact wood-burning fireplace insert

Palazzetti Ecopalex GTM70 S / SP is a compact wood-burning fireplace insert designed for renovating existing open fireplaces or creating new custom-built fireplaces.

It is available in two configurations:

• GTM70S – 9.7 kW nominal output;
• GTM70SP – 9.4 kW nominal output with O2Brick technology.

GTM70S or GTM70SP?

O2Brick technology on GTM70SP

The GTM70SP version features Palazzetti O2Brick technology, using a special catalytic element designed to reduce particulate emissions from wood combustion.

Thermofix® firebox with cast-iron base

Both versions feature a Thermofix® refractory firebox with cast-iron base.

Natural convection as standard

Ecopalex GTM70 S / SP operates by natural convection as standard.

Optional front ventilation and hot-air ducting

Dedicated optional kits allow the insert to be configured either for front ventilation or for hot-air ducting to other rooms.

Automatic smoke baffle

An automatic smoke baffle increases chimney draft when the door is opened and reduces it after closing to optimise normal operating efficiency.

External combustion-air capability

Combustion air can be supplied directly from outside when the installation is correctly designed.

Energy performance and incentives

Both configurations achieve the Italian 5-star environmental rating and are rated A+.

Palazzetti documentation refers to Conto Termico 3.0 for GTM70S and GTM70SP. Actual eligibility depends on the installation, the appliance being replaced and compliance with all applicable requirements.

Installation

The fireplace opening, chimney, combustion-air supply, maintenance clearances and any optional ventilation or ducting system must be checked before installation.

Both versions use a Ø150 mm flue outlet.
