FISCHER SAT Red 9271 High Temperature Silicone is a single-component, acetic-based silicone sealant designed to withstand temperatures up to +260°C (with short peaks up to +315°C). It is ideal for sealing joints subjected to thermal stress, such as pipes, ovens, fireplaces and boilers, ensuring effective and long-lasting protection.

Elastic modulus: Low, with high elastic recovery capacity.
Resistance to atmospheric agents: Excellent, even in extreme irradiation conditions.
Adhesion: Excellent on concrete, masonry, metals, glass and ceramics.
Application temperature: From +5°C to +40°C.
Thermal resistance: From -40°C to +315°C (for short periods).
Skin formation time: Approximately 10-15 minutes at 23°C and 50% RH.
Hardening time: 2-3 mm per day.

Application method
Surface preparation: Remove dirt, dust, oil and rust. For porous surfaces, grind or sandblast.
Cleaning: Glass and metals must be cleaned with solvent.
Application: Cut the end of the cartridge, insert the nozzle and adapt it to the size of the joint.
Sealing: Apply the product along the joint and level it with a spatula.
Final cleaning: Remove the tape from the edges and clean the tools with acetone or multipurpose wipes
