The Sandrigarden PETRA is an 1800 W electric countertop pizza oven designed for high-temperature pizza baking. With a maximum temperature of 400°C, separate upper and lower heating control and an included cordierite baking stone, it offers a practical configuration for preparing pizza at home.

High-temperature baking up to 400°C

The 400°C maximum temperature allows pizza to be baked at considerably higher temperatures than those normally reached by conventional household ovens.

Separate upper and lower heating control helps adapt the baking process to the pizza base and toppings. The built-in timer provides settings up to 30 minutes.

Cordierite stone and stainless steel pizza peel included

The PETRA comes with a 31x31 cm cordierite baking stone, 1 cm thick. Cordierite stores and distributes heat across the baking surface, helping the pizza base cook evenly.

A 30.5 cm diameter stainless steel pizza peel is also included for handling the pizza.

Compact construction and materials

The oven features a stainless steel front surround and a door made from aluminium and high-temperature-resistant PPA. Its compact countertop design makes it suitable for installation on an appropriate work surface, provided the ventilation clearances specified in the instructions are respected.
