PALAZZETTI CAPRI
For barbecue professionals, an innovative barbecue with a patented outdoor oven. The stainless steel oven quickly reaches the temperature using the smoke released by the grill fire, with a single flame, to allow you to cook in the grill area and in the oven at the same time: maximum convenience and lower wood consumption.
Patented 45x45 cm stainless steel oven with refractory base heats up with grill fumes
Oven cooking surface suitable for contact with food in compliance with regulation (EC) no. 1935/2004
Stainless steel oven door with practical thermometer and anti-scald handle as standard
Reinforced double-wall hearth with high alumina content with rear ventilation to ensure greater resistance to intense wood fire even with frequent use
Grill area with refractory fire surface and insulating mat
Ash drawer with Fast-Fire Box system for air circulation, improves combustion and facilitates cleaning when the fire is off
Self-supporting firewood holder brazier in painted steel
Bio cooking grid in stainless steel 76x37 cm with Bakelite handles
