Louis XVI interprets historic architectural hardware through ordered decorative lines associated with the Empire style. The rose-mounted configuration creates a lighter composition than the long-backplate version and gives greater visual prominence to the lever itself.
Its restrained proportions make it particularly suitable for double-leaf doors, as well as classical timber doors, period properties and restoration projects where balanced hardware proportions are important.
The KLU11R version is supplied on a round rose with an integrated return spring. The KLU11RB version identifies the corresponding configuration without an integrated spring.

Louis XVI is part of Colombo Design's Antologhia collection, a Made in Italy range combining Italian manufacturing with traditional production techniques and a significant element of manual craftsmanship and hand finishing.
The hand-chiselled detailing is one of the defining features of the model. Slight porosity, texture or minor surface variations may occur as a natural consequence of these traditional processes and are consistent with the handcrafted character of the collection.
The product page offers bronze, natural brass and natural unlacquered silver finishes. Unprotected metal surfaces may gradually change in colour and appearance through handling, exposure and natural ageing.
