The Antologhia catalogue identifies the Capri cremone handle as KCR12B, using a low-profile plate. The internal mechanism must be recessed into the window frame and selected separately according to the installed hardware.
The catalogue shows two dimensional configurations within the family: approximately 172 × 35 × 55 mm with a 6.5 mm plate and approximately 168 × 35 × 61.5 mm with a 13 mm base. The correct dimensions therefore depend on the selected configuration.
The cremone handle uses a 7 mm square spindle. The mechanism is not included and must be selected according to the window hardware and construction.
This product page covers the traditional Capri window cremone. The KCR12 DK/SM and KCR12 CRDK tilt-and-turn versions are separate products.
Capri interprets traditional architectural hardware through a clean, balanced and restrained classical form. Its design is less ornate than some of the richer Antologhia families while retaining a distinctly traditional character.
The window cremone can be coordinated with Capri door handles and matching accessories from the same family.
Capri belongs to Colombo Design's Antologhia collection, a Made in Italy range produced using traditional brass-working techniques with a significant element of manual craftsmanship and hand finishing.
Slight porosity, texture or minor surface variations may occur as a consequence of these traditional manufacturing methods and are consistent with the character of the collection.
The product page offers bronze and natural brass.
Natural untreated metal surfaces may gradually change through handling and ageing. Natural unlacquered brass, in particular, oxidises over time and develops its characteristic surface patina.
