DISEC Rok Sferik RWS16-25D1P – Tungsten Carbide Reinforced Euro Cylinder Protector
The DISEC Rok Sferik RWS16-25D1P is a mechanical security protector for Euro profile cylinder locks, designed to resist cylinder breaking, pulling and drilling attempts. Its hemispherical body incorporates tungsten carbide inserts, reinforced Flex System mounting and an anti-skating mechanism. DISEC specifies grade 4 burglary resistance.
RWS protection and security features
The hemispherical profile reduces accessible gripping surfaces for tools used in forced-entry attempts. Tungsten carbide inserts enhance resistance to drilling and cutting attacks, while the anti-skating system provides additional protection against specific cylinder manipulation techniques.
The Flex System uses reinforced M6 fixing screws. DISEC declares resistance up to five times greater than its conventional reference screws. The front key opening allows normal cylinder key insertion and operation.

Compatibility and installation
The RWS16-25D1P is designed for Euro cylinder locks with 38 mm fixing centres, including certain CISA, Mottura, Cerutti, FIAM, Securemme and TESA configurations. Actual compatibility depends on the lock model and the door's mounting arrangement.
Before installation, check the cylinder position, its depth relative to the external door panel, M6 fixing-hole alignment and escutcheon clearance. A DISEC cylinder protector spacer is also listed in the Matteoda catalogue and may be ordered separately, subject to installation compatibility.
