DISEC Diamond Rok Sferik BKD291-25D1 – Euro Cylinder Protector
The DISEC Diamond Rok Sferik BKD291-25D1 is a mechanical security protector for Euro profile cylinder locks, featuring an integrated Super Top escutcheon and a hemispherical front profile. It incorporates diamond inserts and hard-metal reinforcements to resist drilling and cutting attacks, together with Flex System mounting and anti-skating protection. DISEC specifies grade 4 burglary resistance.
Diamond protection and construction
The Super Top construction integrates the escutcheon and protector into a single assembly, with an external profile that reduces accessible gripping surfaces. Diamond inserts enhance resistance to mechanical attacks, while hard-metal reinforcements provide additional protection against drilling and cutting.
The anti-skating system is designed to resist rotor extraction. The Flex System uses reinforced M6 fixing screws to improve the connection to the lock. The front opening allows normal insertion and operation of the cylinder key.

Compatibility and installation
The BKD291-25D1 is designed for Euro profile cylinder locks with 38 mm M6 fixing centres. It may be suitable for compatible CISA, Cerutti, FIAM, Mottura, Securemme and TESA lock configurations, subject to verification of the exact lock model and door mounting arrangement.
Before installation, check the cylinder position relative to the external door panel, fixing-hole alignment and escutcheon clearance. The nominal protector size must suit the cylinder projection to ensure correct key insertion and operation.
