De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2TCH 90° high-temperature inspection cross tee G50
The De Marinis P2TCH 90° high-temperature inspection cross tee is an ISO 25 PLUS G50 component designed to provide both a 90° lateral connection and direct access for flue inspection.
The defining feature of the P2TCH version is its high-temperature inspection cap, designed for configurations where the flue system operates according to the T600 high-temperature arrangement.
The cross configuration consists of a main vertical flue and two opposite lateral openings: one for the flue connection and one for inspection and maintenance access.
The P2TCH is manufactured with an AISI 316L BA stainless-steel inner wall, an AISI 304 BA stainless-steel outer wall and 25 mm blown mineral wool insulation.
It is available in nominal internal diameters Ø80, 100, 130, 150, 180, 200 and 250 mm.

What the P2TCH is used for
The P2TCH is used where a 90° lateral flue connection is required together with direct access to the internal passage for inspection.
The cross configuration provides an in-line inspection point, particularly useful where there is insufficient space below the tee for a traditional lower inspection module.
The high-temperature inspection cap allows access for:
- visual inspection;
- flue cleaning;
- deposit removal;
- checking the internal condition of the fitting;
- routine maintenance.
Difference between P2TC and P2TCH
The P2TC is the standard inspection cross tee.
The P2TCH is the version fitted with a high-temperature inspection cap, intended for configurations requiring high-temperature operation.
Note: selection between P2TC and P2TCH should be based on the required temperature class and De Marinis installation instructions.
ISO 25 PLUS and G50 classification
The P2TCH belongs to the De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall flue system.
The high-temperature designation is:
T600-N1-W-V2-L50040/050/060-G50
The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified system configuration.
Important: G50 applies only to the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration installed according to De Marinis instructions.

Dimensional note: joint depth I is 45 mm for all versions. Hu, A, B and ØT vary according to nominal diameter. The P2TCH range is available from Ø80 to Ø250 mm.
Installation
The P2TCH must be installed according to the correct flue orientation while keeping the high-temperature inspection cap fully accessible.
Connected sections must be properly supported to prevent excessive mechanical loads from being transferred to the fitting.
The inspection opening must remain reachable after installation for periodic checking, cleaning and maintenance.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
