De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2C4 45° twin-wall elbow G50
The De Marinis P2C4 45° elbow is an ISO 25 PLUS G50 component designed to create 45° offsets and directional changes in insulated twin-wall flue systems.
Its 45° angle provides a more pronounced change in direction than 5°, 15° or 30° elbows, making it suitable for routing the chimney around structural obstacles or shifting the flue axis.
The P2C4 is manufactured with an AISI 316L BA stainless-steel inner wall, an AISI 304 BA stainless-steel outer wall and 25 mm blown mineral wool insulation.
It is available in nominal internal diameters Ø80, 100, 130, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300 and 350 mm.

What the P2C4 is used for
The P2C4 is used where the flue route requires a 45° directional change.
Typical applications include:
- creating substantial offsets;
- routing around beams or structural obstacles;
- shifting the chimney axis;
- adapting the flue route to the building layout;
- combining two elbows with an optional straight section.
Creating an offset
Two P2C4 elbows can be combined, optionally with a straight flue section between them, to create a parallel offset.
The resulting displacement depends on flue diameter, elbow geometry and the length of any intermediate straight section.
Design note: actual offset geometry should be checked against the De Marinis technical drawing and the installation requirements for the complete flue system.

The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified De Marinis configuration.
Important: G50 applies only to the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration installed according to De Marinis instructions.

How to read the technical drawing
- Øi: nominal internal flue diameter;
- Øe: external diameter of the insulated twin-wall system;
- A: main elbow overall dimension;
- B: transverse elbow dimension;
- C: overall geometric development dimension;
- D: additional offset/overall dimension shown in the technical drawing;
- 45°: deviation angle from the flue axis.
Installation
The P2C4 must be installed according to the correct system orientation and the flue layout specified by the design.
Where two elbows are used to create an offset, joint alignment, spacing and support of intermediate sections must be checked carefully.
Connected sections must be adequately supported to prevent excessive mechanical loads from being transferred to the elbow.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
