De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2RCI single-wall to twin-wall adaptor G50

The De Marinis P2RCI single-wall to twin-wall adaptor is an ISO 25 PLUS G50 component designed to create the inlet transition from a single-wall connecting flue to an insulated twin-wall chimney.

What the P2RCI is used for

The P2RCI is used where a single-wall appliance flue must transition to an ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall chimney.

Difference between P2RCI and P2RCU

• P2RCI: single-wall to ISO 25 PLUS twin-wall inlet transition;
• P2RCU: ISO 25 PLUS twin-wall to single-wall outlet transition.

The correct fitting must therefore be selected according to the direction of transition.

The P2RCI belongs to the De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall flue system.

The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration.

Important: G50 applies to the certified ISO 25 PLUS system configuration. The connected single-wall section may require a greater combustible clearance and must be installed according to its own certification and manufacturer instructions.

P2RCI dimensions and De Marinis product codes

Dimensional note: De Marinis specifies Hu = 85 mm and joint depth I = 45 mm for all current P2RCI ISO 25 PLUS versions. The current range ends at Ø350 mm.

Installation

The P2RCI must be installed according to the correct De Marinis installation direction and compatibility of the connected single-wall section must be checked.

The transition must be positioned according to the complete flue design and the installation requirements of both the single-wall and insulated sections.

Special attention must be paid to combustible clearances: G50 applies to the ISO 25 PLUS system and must not automatically be applied to the connected single-wall flue.

Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
