De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS P2ITH high-temperature round inspection module G50
The De Marinis P2ITH inspection module is an ISO 25 PLUS G50 component featuring a round high-temperature inspection cap.
It provides a dedicated access point to the internal flue for periodic inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
The P2ITH is commonly installed in an accessible section of the chimney, often towards the lower part of the vertical flue, where it facilitates inspection and removal of combustion residues.
The component features an AISI 316L BA stainless-steel inner wall, an AISI 304 BA stainless-steel outer wall and 25 mm blown mineral wool insulation.

What the P2ITH is used for
The P2ITH creates a dedicated inspection point within the chimney system.
The round inspection cap allows access for:

P2ITH versus P2IF

- P2ITH: inspection module with round high-temperature cap.

ISO 25 PLUS and G50 classification
The P2ITH belongs to the De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS insulated twin-wall flue system.
The high-temperature designation is:
T600-N1-W-V2-L50040/050/060-G50
The G50 classification corresponds to a 50 mm clearance from combustible materials in the certified De Marinis system configuration.
Important: G50 applies only to the certified ISO 25 PLUS configuration installed according to De Marinis instructions.

Dimensional note: the current De Marinis ISO 25 PLUS table lists Øi, Øe, Hu and A for P2ITH. Hu is 445 mm and A is 245 mm for all variants. ØT and I values from the previous ISO 25 range have not been transferred because they are not published in the current ISO 25 PLUS table.

- Øi: nominal internal flue diameter;
- Øe: external diameter of the insulated twin-wall system;
- Hu: overall usable module height;
- A: inspection assembly positioning dimension;
- round cap: dedicated access point for inspection and maintenance.
Installation
The P2ITH must be installed where the inspection cap remains fully accessible.
Sufficient free space must be provided for opening and carrying out periodic cleaning and maintenance operations.
The module and connected flue sections must be properly supported to avoid excessive mechanical loads on the component.
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with De Marinis technical documentation, appliance instructions and applicable regulations.
