The Tre Spade No. 5 stainless steel grinding plates are replacement parts for compatible size 5 meat grinders. Available with 4.5, 6 and 8 mm holes, they allow the grinding texture to be selected according to the preparation.

Which hole diameter should you choose?
The hole diameter determines the texture of the minced meat:
- 4.5 mm: fine grinding for recipes requiring a more uniform texture.
- 6 mm: medium grinding, suitable for ragù, burgers and meatballs.
- 8 mm: coarser grinding for preparations requiring a more pronounced texture.
