CC50 sealed combustion: what does it mean?

Emily TC 9 is a CC50 certified sealed pellet stove.

CC50 indicates that combustion chamber airtightness has been tested at a pressure difference of up to 50 Pa according to EN 16510.

Combustion air can therefore be supplied directly from outdoors rather than being taken from the installation room.

This is particularly useful in modern well-insulated buildings, low-energy homes and properties with controlled mechanical ventilation. Actual installation compatibility must always be assessed by a qualified installer.

Zero Speed Fan and Silent operation

The variable-speed room-air fan features Zero Speed Fan.

At low and medium output levels, when operating conditions allow, forced ventilation can be switched off completely. Heat is then distributed mainly through natural convection and radiation for quieter operation.

T3 technology

Emily uses Palazzetti's T3 platform, with four enlarged flue-gas tubes designed to provide efficient heat exchange and simplified cleaning.

Self Cleaning System

The Self Cleaning System automatically cleans the pellet burn pot by periodically discharging combustion residues.

Complete Burning System

The Complete Burning System promotes more complete pellet combustion and helps minimise residual ash production.

Installation and chimney system
