Vinavil Universale D0645 – 250 g is a plastified acetovinyl (PVA) adhesive designed for bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, cardboard, canvas and cellulosic substrates. Its high‑purity polymer dispersion ensures excellent wetting, strong adhesion and a transparent, flexible film after drying. The adhesive is solvent‑free, odorless and easy to apply, suitable for woodworking, paper crafting, carton processing, hobby applications and light assembly. Official usage instructions:

• Surface preparation

  • Clean surfaces from dust, grease and contaminants.

  • Ensure substrates are dry and consistent.

• Application

  • Apply a uniform layer (~0.5 mm) on one surface.

  • For highly porous materials, apply on both surfaces.

  • Recommended spread rate: 100–150 g/m².

• Bonding pressure

  • Apply 2.5–5 kg/cm² pressure until initial setting.

  • Maintain pressure to ensure proper film cohesion.

• Environmental conditions

  • Minimum film‑forming temperature: +5°C.

  • Recommended working temperature: > +10°C.

• Drying times

  • Open time: ~6 min.

  • Initial setting: 15–30 min.

  • Full cure: 24 hours.

• Tool cleaning

  • Clean tools with water before drying.

• Storage

  • Store between +10°C and +25°C, avoid freezing.

  • Shelf life: 24 months.
