    Vinavil NPC Stella Bianca is a glue particularly suitable for gluing wood, paper, canvas, cork and porous materials.
     
    How to use
    Clean the surfaces to be glued by dust or grease, spread a layer of adhesive of about 0.5 mm on one of the two parts to be glued (for difficult gluing on both sides). The application can be carried out with a brush or with toothed spatulas. The adhesive can be diluted to the desired viscosity or used as it is. The indicative amount of use is 100-150 g / m2, a value that can vary considerably depending on the porosity of the wood. For a better seal, the gluing must be subjected to a pressure of 2,5-5 kg ​​/ cm2. Joints coated with adhesive are heated and heat-sealed at temperatures above + 70-80 ° C. Vinavil NPC Stella Bianca should be used at temperatures above + 10 ° C.
     
    Note
    Since Vinavil NPC Stella Bianca has a pH value of 4, the use for gluing tannin-rich woods can lead to discolouration or staining on the woods themselves. If necessary add 0,5-2% of calcium carbonate.
