    Vinavil NPC Stella Bianca is a glue particularly suitable for bonding wood, paper, canvas, cork and porous materials.
     
    Mode of use
    Clean the surfaces to be bonded from dust or grease, spread a layer of adhesive of about 0.5 mm on one of the two parts to be bonded (for difficult bonding on both sides). The application can be carried out with a brush or with toothed spatulas. The adhesive can be diluted to the desired viscosity or used as it is. The indicative amount of use is 100-150 g / m2, a value that can vary considerably depending on the porosity of the wood. For a better seal the bonding must be subjected to a pressure of 2.5-5 kg ​​/ cm2. The joints covered with adhesive come to life and heat-seal at temperatures above + 70-80 ° C. Vinavil NPC Stella Bianca must be used at temperatures above + 10 ° C.
     
    Note
    Since Vinavil NPC Stella Bianca has a pH value of 4, the use of tannin-rich woods for bonding can lead to discoloration or stains on the woods themselves. If necessary add 0.5-2% of calcium carbonate.
