Colombo Design Barocco KBA12DK/SM: tilt-and-turn window handle

Barocco KBA12DK/SM is a brass handle for tilt-and-turn / Dreh-Kipp windows from the Colombo Design Antologhia collection, designed to be combined with the appropriate DK mechanism.

The handle retains the distinctive Barocco character through flowing curves, modelled surfaces and pronounced decorative reliefs inspired by traditional architectural hardware.

KBA12DK/SM is specifically designed for DK – Dreh-Kipp tilt-and-turn windows.

It should not be confused with KBA12, the traditional Barocco window cremone handle.

Separately selected DK mechanism

The handle is supplied separately from the internal window mechanism, which must be selected according to the hardware fitted to the window.

The handle set includes the DK handle, fixing grub screw and hex key.

The Barocco design

The Barocco series is distinguished by flowing curves, rich profiles and pronounced decorative detailing, inspired by historic architectural hardware for substantial classical doors and windows.

KBA12DK/SM allows tilt-and-turn windows to coordinate with Barocco door handles, knobs and other fittings from the same family.

Traditional Italian craftsmanship

Barocco belongs to Colombo Design's Antologhia collection, a Made in Italy range produced using traditional brass-working methods with a significant element of manual craftsmanship and hand finishing.

Slight porosity, texture or minor surface variations may occur as a consequence of these traditional methods and are consistent with the character of the collection.

Natural finishes

The product page offers bronze, natural brass and natural unlacquered silver.

Natural untreated metal surfaces may gradually change through handling and ageing. Natural unlacquered brass, in particular, oxidises over time and develops its characteristic surface patina.
