    The DISEC KTXP98 magnetic key duplication service provides one replacement key matched to the original magnetic coding, subject to verification of the correct key profile. The DISEC ownership card is mandatory for restricted duplication.

    Restricted duplication with ownership card

    DISEC magnetic keys use specific magnetic combinations associated with their corresponding security devices. A duplicate must reproduce the coding of the existing key to operate the original device correctly.

    The commercial key reference alone does not identify the individual magnetic combination. Therefore, the corresponding ownership card must be presented before duplication can be authorised.

    How to request a duplicate

    1. Check the reference of the DISEC magnetic key to be duplicated.
    2. Make sure you have the original ownership card.
    3. Contact Matteoda customer service to confirm the correct key profile and arrange secure presentation of the card.
    4. Wait for confirmation of the duplication procedure and estimated delivery time before completing the order.

    Important – Ownership card required: a duplicate cannot be requested using only the KTXP98 reference. This product consists of one magnetic key matched to the original coding, not a universal key or a complete magnetic security protector. Contact Matteoda before purchasing.
