DISEC Monolito Rok Sferik BD201-25D1 – Euro Cylinder Protector
The DISEC Monolito Rok Sferik BD201-25D1 is a mechanical security protector for Euro profile cylinder locks, featuring a one-piece construction with integrated escutcheon and hemispherical profile. It incorporates HSS high-speed steel anti-drilling inserts, grub-screw adjustment and reinforced Flex System mounting. DISEC specifies grade 4 burglary resistance.
Monolito construction and protective features
The one-piece construction integrates the protector and external escutcheon, eliminating the need for a separate decorative escutcheon. The hemispherical profile reduces accessible gripping surfaces for tools used during forced-entry attempts.
HSS high-speed steel inserts enhance resistance to drilling attempts. Grub-screw adjustment allows the assembly to be adapted to the mounting arrangement, while the Flex System uses reinforced fixing screws to improve anchoring resistance.

Compatibility and escutcheon selection
The BD201-25D1 has 38 mm fixing centres and is intended for Euro cylinder locks with compatible mounting arrangements. When replacing an existing protector, check the fixing-hole spacing, panel opening diameter, cylinder position and external clearance required for the Monolito body.
The BD201 features the low escutcheon version. For door panels thicker than 11 mm, DISEC recommends the separate BD200 model with a taller escutcheon. A DISEC cylinder protector spacer is also listed in the Matteoda catalogue and can be ordered separately, subject to installation compatibility.
