Palazzetti Dorotea with Oven: 10 kW wood-burning stove for heating and cooking

Palazzetti Dorotea with Oven combines a traditional 10 kW wood-burning stove with a practical integrated oven heated directly by the energy produced by the wood fire.

The oven measures 35 × 36 × 23 cm and is supplied with a thermometer and baking tray.

The same firebox can be completed with a choice of steel, ceramic or cast-iron cladding.

Integrated wood-fired oven

The main feature that distinguishes this model from the standard Dorotea is its integrated upper oven.

Internal dimensions are:

• width: 35 cm;
• depth: 36 cm;
• height: 23 cm.

The oven uses heat generated naturally by the wood fire and therefore does not require an electric heating element for cooking.

A thermometer allows the cooking temperature to be monitored, while a baking tray is supplied with the stove.

Heating and cooking with the same wood fire

Dorotea with Oven allows the energy produced by firewood to perform two complementary functions: heating the room and cooking food.

Oven temperature naturally varies according to fire intensity, the type and quantity of wood and combustion-air adjustment.

Cast-iron firebox

The stove features a cast-iron firebox with a refractory fire baffle.

Its large and deep combustion chamber is designed to accommodate medium and large pieces of firewood.

Natural radiant and convection heating

Dorotea distributes heat through radiation and natural convection, providing silent operation without forced ventilation.

Independent air adjustment

Primary combustion air and glass-cleaning air can be adjusted independently, allowing the fire to be controlled while helping maintain a clear view of the flame.

External combustion-air connection

Dorotea with Oven is designed for external combustion-air ducting.

The correct connection and installation must always be verified by a qualified installer according to the building and applicable regulations.

Dorotea with Oven can be completed with the optional Palazzetti lava-stone warming plate, allowing additional use of the heat produced by the stove.

Palazzetti Dorotea with Oven is rated A+, complies with Ecodesign 2022 requirements and achieves the Italian 5-star environmental rating under D.M. 186.

Palazzetti documentation refers to Conto Termico incentives for Dorotea with Oven. Actual eligibility for Conto Termico 3.0 depends on the type of installation, the appliance being replaced and compliance with all applicable requirements.

Installation and chimney

Dorotea with Oven uses a Ø150 mm flue outlet.
